Each Eno loft has one assigned covered parking spot on the North side of the building. Eighteen unassigned parking stalls are also marked on the three sides of the Eno. Total parking required by the City is 47 spaces and the Eno has 58. Additional parking may be available for purchase, but are prioritized first to the 3 bedroom loft purchases first (there's only four 3 bedroom lofts - most are 1 & 2 bedrooms).
Yes! The Eno Lofts have two (2) electric vehicle charging stations.
The 3rd floor offers a spectacular Social Room that opens up to the large outdoor patio that offers amazing views, BBQ, firepit, and patio furniture. The Eno also has access to a community pool, bike storage, and pet washing station.
The Eno Loft dues for operating assessments and capital reserves are estimated at $3.81 Sq/ft annually. The Harris Ranch Master Association assessments are $90/quarter & $25/quarter for wildlife mitigation.
Life at the Eno is all about simplicity. No more mowing the lawn or worrying about exterior maintenance - they are all handled by the HOA. This professionally managed building has taken into account both long-term and short-term expenses and consolidated them down to a single monthly item. The Eno HOA dues cover:

Our current projected completion date is November '21.
We hired an Acoustics Engineer to help create construction techniques to reduce & mitigate sound. In general, these techniques include things like multiple layers of sheetrock, insulation, resilient metal channels, gypcrete floor, 1'' air gap between unit walls, etc. Contact us for more details on these types of construction techniques used at the Eno.
Yes! All the Lofts are single-level and can be accessed by the elevator.
Two total household pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at the Eno! There's even a dog washing station located on the main-floor.
Not more than 50% of the Lofts may be leased or occupied by a non-Owner. Leases must be for a term of more than six (6) months unless lessee is a member of Owner's family.

While you're free to use any lender, we have lender relationships familiar with our project who have great options available. Shoot us an email and we'll send over their info/program basics.
Join our VIP Mailing list to stay "in the know" at the Eno and be notified when Lofts become available for reservation! To reserve a Loft, you'll simply notify us which Loft you're interested in and we'll then send you the reservation paperwork to be signed by you and the Seller. That, along with your 5% non-refundable earnest money deposit, will be all that is needed to secure your Loft. Pricing will be available about one week prior to reservations being opened!
