  • Each loft has one assigned covered parking spot on the North side of the building. Unassigned parking stalls are also on the sides of the buildings. Additional parking may be available for purchase.

  • Yes! There are two charging stations per building.

  • The 3rd floor of each building offers a spectacular Social Room that opens up to the large outdoor patio that offers amazing views, BBQ, firepit, and patio furniture. Harris Ranch Lofts also include a community pool.

  • HOA dues are based on exact size of the units and are generally around $380 per month for a 3 bedroom, $318 per month for a 2 bedroom, $226 per month for a 1 bedroom and $168 a month for a studio. (includes pool via Recreation Association). The Harris Ranch Master Association assessments are $90/quarter & $25/quarter for wildlife mitigation. The foregoing are estimates only, and are subject to change.

  • Life at the Harris Ranch Lofts is all about simplicity. No more mowing the lawn or worrying about exterior maintenance - they are all handled by the HOA. The HOA dues cover:

  • We hired an Acoustics Engineer to help create construction techniques to reduce & mitigate sound. In general, these techniques include things like multiple layers of sheetrock, insulation, resilient metal channels, gypcrete floor, 1'' air gap between unit walls, etc. Contact us for more details on these types of construction techniques used at the Eno & Taper lofts.

  • Yes! All the Lofts are single-level and can be accessed by the elevator.

  • Two total household pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at the Harris Ranch Lofts! There's even a dog washing station located on the main-floor.

  • A limited number of loft reservations with the intention to lease will be accepted. Leases must be for a term of more than six (6) months unless lessee is a member of Owner's family. Please contact us to confirm if availability exists.
