Trash Chute: Do / Don’t Guide

DO

• ✔ Place bagged household trash only

• ✔ Tie bags securely before placing them in the chute

• ✔ Make sure the chute door closes completely after use

• ✔ Be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours

DON’T

• ✘ Place loose trash or unbagged items in the chute

• ✘ Dispose of oversized, heavy, or bulky items

• ✘ Put recycling, cardboard, or boxes in the chute

• ✘ Leave trash outside the chute door

Following these guidelines helps keep common areas clean and prevents clogs for everyone at Harris Ranch Condos.

Recycling & Bulk Item Disposal

Recycling and bulk items should not be placed in the trash chute.

• Recycling: Please break down boxes and follow posted recycling guidelines in designated recycling areas.

• Bulk Items: Large items such as furniture, mattresses, or oversized boxes must be disposed of separately. Contact property management for instructions on proper bulk item disposal.
